Daribase also uses similar client-side technologies such as local storage and session storage where a product flow requires temporary or persistent browser-side state.

Depending on the page or product flow, Daribase may use the following categories:

• Browser cookies that keep sign-in sessions secure and remember selected settings.
• Local storage entries that preserve interface state, visitor identifiers, or widget preferences on the same device.
• Session storage entries that temporarily store short-lived state during flows such as checkout success handling or secure widget access.

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, fraud prevention, and workspace continuity. These include Supabase session cookies, the active_workspace_id cookie used inside the dashboard, and temporary security cookies used during secure OAuth flows such as zendesk_oauth_state.

These cookies are required for core product behavior such as signing in, keeping your session active, switching between workspaces, and completing secure integrations.

Daribase stores certain preferences so the product behaves consistently across visits. For example, NEXT_LOCALE remembers your selected language, and some product surfaces use local storage to remember widget notices, visitor identifiers, and UI preferences.

These technologies are used to improve usability and continuity. They are not used by Daribase to build advertising profiles.

Daribase uses Google Analytics on the public website to understand aggregate traffic, page usage, and site performance. This may create analytics cookies such as _ga and related measurement identifiers.

We use this information to improve navigation, content quality, and performance. We do not currently use third-party advertising or remarketing cookies on the public marketing site.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block specific cookies, clear stored site data, or notify you before a cookie is placed.

If you block essential cookies, parts of Daribase such as login, secure dashboard access, language persistence, or certain integrations may not function correctly.
