How does RAG memory work?
Your uploaded documents are indexed as vectors, and AI responses rely only on those sources.
Which file types are supported?
PDF, DOCX, and TXT files are supported. You can also add web page content.
How do I add to the knowledge base?
You can paste text, crawl a URL, or upload files. The system processes these sources and uses them in AI replies.
What does website crawling do?
The system crawls pages on your site and reads their content, so customers get accurate answers about those pages.
How long does setup take?
Basic setup can be completed in a few minutes. You can refine the system later with content, branding, and testing.
How do I add the widget to my site?
Add the one-line script from the documentation to your site. `data-workspace-id` is required.
How is real-time chat handled?
Supabase Realtime powers instant messaging between the dashboard and the widget.
What happens if the AI gives a wrong answer?
You can hand conversations over to live support, limit AI working hours, or switch to a human-only mode.
Which AI providers are available?
Google Gemini and OpenAI are supported. You can choose from the dashboard.
What happens when the message or token limit is reached?
Depending on your plan settings, AI replies can pause and conversations can be routed to the live support team. Limits are visible in the dashboard.
Is the data secure and KVKK/GDPR aware?
Data is isolated per workspace and access is controlled by roles. You can review the related policy pages for security and privacy details.
