Welcome to Daribase. These terms of service ("Terms") define the rules you must follow while using our software and services. By accessing our systems, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Daribase provides innovative AI-powered tools to automate customer support. Our services cover web widgets, a centralized admin panel, and a knowledge base system.
We may update our infrastructure and feature set from time to time to improve service quality.
To keep your account secure, you must comply with the following:
Current prices, included message limits, and feature sets are available on our pricing page.
Billing is automatically processed based on the period selected during signup (monthly/yearly).
The user may cancel the subscription at any time. However, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial or full refund is provided for unused days.
You own all uploaded content and knowledge base data. Daribase processes this data via RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture solely to deliver the services we commit to you; your data is not used for general training of AI models.
All software, design, branding, and content rights on the Daribase platform belong exclusively to Daribase. The access granted to the user does not constitute a transfer of ownership or an exclusive license.
User agrees to hold Daribase harmless and indemnify it against any claims and damages directed at Daribase by third parties due to violation of these terms or unlawful use of the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, Daribase shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 6 months.
Our services are provided "as is." Daribase does not guarantee 100% uptime, but maintains infrastructure targeting 99.9% availability. If the targeted 99.9% uptime is not met, Daribase shall not be obligated to provide any monetary refund or service credit (SLA Credit), unless a separate enterprise SLA agreement has been signed.
You can close your account at any time. In case of serious violations, we reserve the right to terminate access without prior notice.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via your registered email address or in the panel.
Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Daribase utilizes global infrastructure providers such as Supabase and Google Cloud. Daribase cannot be held directly liable for general outages, data center issues, or force majeure events occurring within these providers' systems.
