Daribase generates answers from your sources. Documents, web pages, and Help Center articles are gathered in a single pool.

Documents

Build your knowledge base by uploading PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or TXT files (up to 20 MB per file). The AI extracts the text, indexes it, and answers based on that content. Your plan's storage quota is measured by the extracted text length, not the raw file size — so a scanned image-only PDF counts very little, while a dense text file counts more. For very large documents, split them into smaller files before uploading.

Web crawling

Web crawling automatically explores your site pages and adds content to memory. High-traffic pages (FAQ, pricing, return policy) should always be included.

Help Center

Help Center articles are one of the most important knowledge sources for your AI assistant. These system-managed articles ensure accurate and up-to-date answers.

Updates and sync

When documents or web pages are updated, memory is re-indexed. This automatically refreshes outdated information.
