Access: You can update and test all of these settings anytime from Settings in the dashboard side menu.

Test details like widget color, logo, and greeting message here. Changes reflect in the preview instantly.
Knowledge base tests
Check whether uploaded documents and crawled web content produce the right answers. Add missing topics right away.
Preview & launch
The widget preview lets you test different screen sizes. If everything is ready, proceed to the launch step to activate the widget.
