Daribase currently provides active support through the web widget. Infrastructure for messaging platforms is being prepared.

Web channel (ready)

The web widget is the primary support channel. Live chat, AI responses, and handoff to human agents run through this channel.

Other channels

Integrations for WhatsApp and similar channels are on the roadmap. For now, the web widget and shareable support link are the fastest option.
